About Rachel Delong

Rachel Delong is a retreat leader, yoga teacher, and sound healing guide devoted to creating sacred spaces where women can reconnect with themselves and the natural world. With over 25 years on her own healing path and more than 1,000 hours of training, Rachel offers deeply embodied experiences that blend movement, meditation, energy work, and self-inquiry.

Her retreats are thoughtfully curated journeys of renewal — weaving together yoga, sound baths, journaling, nourishing food, and nature-based adventure in beautiful, soul-stirring locations. Whether on the beaches of Costa Rica or the mountains of Colorado, Rachel invites women to slow down, listen deeply, and come home to themselves.

A lifelong student of transformation, Rachel teaches Vinyasa, Yin, Power, and Chakra Yoga, and holds certifications as a Holistic Life Coach, Reiki Master, and Playing Big Facilitator. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing is not about fixing — it's about remembering, softening, and awakening to what’s already within.

In addition to teaching, Rachel has shared her gifts through nonprofit work in the Vail Valley and Africa, using yoga and empowerment tools to foster possibility and purpose in underserved communities. She’s also a TEDx Vail speaker and seasoned community leader with a passion for heart-led connection.

Rachel lives in Eagle, Colorado with her husband and their dog, Rocky. She has two sons in college, and when she’s not guiding retreats or classes, you’ll find her hiking, snowboarding, surfing, painting, reading, or traveling — always following the thread of aliveness and wonder.
